Stacey joins News 12 This Morning from Lincoln, Nebraska...where she once co-hosted the morning show with Tim Strong! We understand the two shared quite a few giggle fits on the air at KLKN-TV. It looks like the fun's just going to continue on News 12 This Morning!
Stacey's morning news philosophy is to get people up and going in the morning with a smile on their face...and of course, up to date on the news they may have missed while they were sleeping overnight.
So why TV? Stacey says when she was little, she wasn't into watching cartoons or other kids' shows. Instead, she liked to watch Oprah and the news. She's always been fascinated with creative ways of telling a story. Her mother says she was always asking 'why?' as a child...and that turned into a career.
Stacey says there's nothing quite as good as a morning cup of hazelnut coffee. She and husband Curt both love golf and look forward to playing Augusta's courses! They have two cocker spaniels, are avid travelers, and love dining out.
